About This Role
St. Xavier High School seeks a highly motivated and experienced PRT Odia Teacher to join our faculty in Keonjhar Sadar, Kendujhar, Odisha. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Odia to students in grades 1-5.
What You Will Do
Create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
Develop and implement interactive teaching methods that promote student participation and understanding.
Use a variety of teaching aids, including audio-visual materials, storytelling, and demonstrations.
Prepare and administer assessments to evaluate student progress.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share student progress and concerns.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum changes.
Participate in school-wide activities and events that promote student engagement and community service.
Develop and maintain a well-organized and conducive learning environment.
Eligibility
Postgraduate degree in Odia or related field.
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience with a strong background in Odia language and literature.
Fluency in Odia and English.
Knowledge of Odia curriculum and teaching methodologies.
Salary and Benefits
Salary: Rs.20,000 - Rs.35,000 per month.
