The Taekwando Coach is a key member of our Physical Education department at Balvatika Bhubanananda Public School, responsible for promoting the development of students in Taekwando. Day-to-Day Duties
* Plan and conduct Taekwando training sessions for students, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.
* Develop and implement a comprehensive Taekwando curriculum, aligning with the school's physical education goals.
* Organize and supervise Taekwando tournaments, promoting fair play and sportsmanship among participants.
* Collaborate with other Physical Education staff to plan and execute school-wide events and activities.
* Develop and maintain records of student progress, attendance, and performance in Taekwando.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to students, helping them set and achieve Taekwando-related goals.
* Work with students to identify and develop their strengths and weaknesses in Taekwando.
* Participate in ongoing professional development, staying updated on the latest Taekwando techniques and methods.
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Have a graduate degree in Physical Education or a related field.
* Possess at least 2 years of experience as a Taekwando coach or instructor.
* Hold a valid B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree.
* Be willing to obtain certification in Taekwando coaching, if not already certified.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
