- Conduct regular vehicle checks to prevent mechanical issues.

- Develop and implement efficient bus routes to minimize travel time and improve safety.
- Manage bus scheduling to accommodate the needs of students and staff.
- Monitor student behavior during bus rides and address any disciplinary issues that arise.
- Collaborate with school administrators to address any concerns or issues related to bus transportation.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this position, applicants must have:
- A graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a bus driver.
- A valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a good driving record.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
