What You Will Do

Meet with students to discuss their academic progress, personal issues, and welfare concerns.
Develop and implement policies for student discipline, academic responsibility, and hostel rules.
Supervise and monitor the activities of support staff, including cooks, wardens, and drivers.
Organize and manage hostel events, functions, and activities.
Coordinate with external agencies, such as police, hospitals, and NGOs, in case of emergencies.
Maintain accurate records of student admissions, attendance, and fees.
Develop and manage the hostel budget, including resource allocation and expenditure tracking.
Ensure compliance with college and government regulations, policies, and procedures.
Who Can Apply
Must Have:
- Master's degree with minimum 55% marks
- 3 years of experience in hostel administration or a related field
- NET/SET qualification for Assistant Professor is mandatory, PhD preferred
- Good communication, leadership, and management skills
