What You Will Do
As a Pgt Academic Coordinator, your duties will include:
* Coordinating and implementing academic programs, policies, and procedures at the college level.
* Providing administrative support to the Principal and college faculty.
* Coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless implementation of academic programs.
* Maintaining accurate records and reports related to academic programs and student performance.
* Developing and implementing strategies to improve student engagement and retention.
* Collaborating with college staff to ensure effective communication and coordination.
* Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of academic programs and making recommendations for improvement.
* Preparing and submitting reports to the Principal and other stakeholders as required.
* Representing Prince College in academic and professional forums as required.
Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you must have a Master's degree with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university. NET/SET is mandatory for Assistant Professor, and a PhD is preferred. You must also have at least 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a college or university setting. Your experience should have equipped you with strong administrative and management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
