Job Overview
Narayana E-techno School is looking for a dynamic Activity Incharge to lead and manage co-curricular activities at our Amritsar 1 campus. This full-time role involves planning, executing, and monitoring various student activities while ensuring smooth coordination with teachers and management. The position is open for experienced professionals who can handle both administrative and leadership tasks efficiently.
What You Will Do
1. Plan and organize monthly, weekly, and daily activity calendars aligned with school events and festivals.
2. Oversee indoor and outdoor activity sessions, ensuring safety and participation from all grades.
3. Maintain records of attendance, progress reports, and activity outcomes for each student.
4. Coordinate with subject teachers and coordinators to integrate activities with academic goals.
5. Conduct regular assessments of student performance in activities and provide feedback to parents.
6. Manage logistics for inter-house competitions, cultural fests, and sports events at Narayana E-techno School.
7. Supervise the activity lab setup, equipment, and inventory to ensure readiness for sessions.
8. Report activity progress to the principal and suggest improvements for better engagement.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in any discipline. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is preferred. Basic computer proficiency with MS Office and data management skills is necessary. Previous experience in school administration or student activity coordination is required.
