The PGT Hindi Teacher in Barnala will design and deliver high-quality lessons that blend traditional and contemporary Hindi teaching methods. You’ll create interactive workshops to enhance vocabulary, poetry, and essay-writing skills, ensuring students grasp both classical and modern linguistic nuances. The position requires regular assessment of students’ progress through projects, quizzes, and oral presentations to foster critical thinking.
You’ll collaborate with the Hindi department to develop syllabus content, integrate regional cultural elements, and ensure consistency with CBSE guidelines. Weekly planning sessions will help tailor lessons to different ability levels, including students from diverse linguistic backgrounds in Barnala’s educational landscape.
Teaching practical Hindi communication skills—like debating, storytelling, and scriptwriting—will be a key part of your role. You’ll also mentor junior teachers and participate in school events like cultural fests or literary competitions to promote Hindi’s relevance in daily life.
Maintaining parent-teacher interactions through workshops or parent meetings will help build trust and support for your teaching approach. Administrative tasks like maintaining grade books and submitting reports will also be part of your responsibilities.
To qualify, you must hold a postgraduate degree in Hindi with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. At least two years of teaching experience in Hindi at the high school level is essential. While TET/CTET is not mandatory, prior certification would be an advantage.
