Pineland International School invites applications for the position of TGT Environmental Studies (Evs) Teacher to join their dynamic team in Faridkot. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging lessons on topics like ecology, climate change, and conservation, ensuring students grasp scientific concepts through interactive methods. Your responsibilities will include conducting field trips and outdoor activities to reinforce classroom learning, such as gardening projects or waste management initiatives. You’ll also collaborate with other teachers to integrate environmental themes across subjects, fostering a holistic learning experience. Preparing and assessing student projects, experiments, and field reports will be part of your daily tasks, ensuring students apply knowledge in practical settings.
To qualify, you must hold a postgraduate degree in Environmental Studies, Biology, or a related science subject, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in environmental education or science, will be highly beneficial. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position.
