3. Collaborate with the school administration to plan and execute dance-related activities.
4. Recruit and train dance instructors as needed to support the growth of the department.
5. Develop and manage the dance department's budget, ensuring effective utilization of resources.
6. Maintain open communication with students, parents, and staff to ensure the department's goals are aligned with the school's vision.
7. Ensure dance facilities and equipment are properly maintained and updated as needed.
8. Represent the school at external dance-related events and competitions.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess a graduate degree and have a strong background in dance. B.Ed/D.El.Ed certification is preferred, but not required. Experience in dance instruction or administration is essential, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly those related to dance education and event management, is also required.
