About This Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced NEET Zoology Teacher to join our team at Dass & Brown World School. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Zoology to students preparing for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET).
Pedagogy and Tools
Our school employs a range of pedagogical tools to create an engaging and interactive learning environment. The successful candidate will be expected to utilize smart boards, Google Classroom, and LMS to deliver lessons, assign tasks, and track student progress. Familiarity with blended learning approaches and the ability to adapt to changing educational landscapes are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver lesson plans for NEET Zoology, incorporating a range of teaching tools and technologies
* Utilize smart boards to create engaging and interactive lessons
* Assign tasks and track student progress through Google Classroom and LMS
* Conduct regular assessments to monitor student understanding and progress
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum changes
* Participate in school-wide professional development programs to enhance teaching skills
* Provide individualized support to students, as needed
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
* Participate in school events and activities, as required
Required Qualifications
* Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences (Zoology) from a recognized university
* B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. from a recognized institution
* TET or CTET certification is preferred, but not essential
* Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting
* Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills
* Familiarity with technology-enhanced learning environments and digital tools
