Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and deliver engaging English language lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum.
2. Create interactive teaching materials and activities to improve students’ listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
3. Assess students’ progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to guide their improvement.
4. Collaborate with other teachers to integrate English language learning across different subjects.
5. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters creativity and confidence in students.
6. Prepare lesson plans that cater to diverse learning levels while ensuring age-appropriate content.
7. Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to promote cultural and linguistic exposure.
8. Stay updated with teaching methodologies and educational trends in English language pedagogy.
9. Assist in organizing language competitions, debates, and storytelling sessions to boost student participation.
10. Ensure compliance with school policies and maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
