NTT Hindi Teacher Job in Firozpur, Punjab | School Recruitment
Dass & Brown World School in Firozpur is looking for an enthusiastic Hindi Teacher to strengthen its language curriculum. The role is ideal for someone passionate about nurturing students’ linguistic skills while aligning with Punjab’s education standards.
The NTT Hindi Teacher at Dass & Brown World School will design engaging lesson plans that blend traditional and modern teaching methods. You’ll prepare students for competitive exams like CTET and prepare them for higher education in Hindi literature and grammar. Daily classroom instruction will include grammar exercises, poetry analysis, and cultural discussions to deepen linguistic proficiency. The role also involves organizing language workshops and cultural events to enhance students’ appreciation for the language. You’ll collaborate with the Hindi department to develop syllabus updates and ensure alignment with school policies. Regular assessment and feedback sessions will help track student progress in reading, writing, and speaking skills. The teacher must also maintain a structured record of student performance and attendance. Participation in school-level Hindi competitions and inter-school events is encouraged to boost student confidence. Ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students is a key responsibility. You’ll assist in organizing extracurricular activities like storytelling sessions and debates to foster creativity and communication skills.
To qualify, a graduate degree with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is essential. At least two years of teaching experience in Hindi or related subjects is required. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it is highly beneficial for this position.
