PGT Hindi Teacher Job in Firozpur, Punjab | School Recruitment

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging Hindi lessons for classes 6 to 10, ensuring alignment with the state curriculum and assessment standards.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment tools that cater to diverse learning styles and promote critical thinking.
- Conduct regular formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Coordinate with co‑ordinators to integrate Hindi across interdisciplinary projects and school events, such as cultural festivals and annual day performances.
- Maintain accurate attendance, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with school policies.
- Mentor junior teachers and support new staff through workshops on Hindi pedagogy and classroom management.
- Participate actively in faculty meetings, curriculum reviews, and professional development sessions to stay updated with best practices.
Qualifications and Experience
- Postgraduate degree in Hindi, Literature, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the PGT level.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification required; TET/CTET preferred to demonstrate proficiency in teaching methods and assessment.
- Strong command over Hindi grammar, composition, and literature, coupled with the ability to inspire students.
- Proven track record of improving student outcomes and fostering a positive classroom environment.
