Conduct regular oral and written examinations, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback to improve Punjabi language mastery. Organise Punjabi cultural activities, debates and poetry sessions to foster appreciation of Punjabi heritage within the school community. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades and progress reports for each Punjabi class. Collaborate with the language department and senior faculty to integrate Punjabi learning with interdisciplinary projects.
Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in Punjabi or related discipline. B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory. Preference given to candidates who have cleared TET/CTET.
Preferred Skills
Strong command over Punjabi literature, grammar and oral expression. Ability to use digital tools and smart classroom technologies for Punjabi teaching. Good communication skills to interact with students, parents and staff.
