Job Description
Delhi Public School | Hoshiarpur seeks a dedicated PRT Hindi Teacher to strengthen its Hindi teaching program. Core Duties
Teaching Hindi as a core subject to classes from Grade I to VIII, ensuring age-appropriate lesson planning and delivery.
Developing lesson plans incorporating modern teaching techniques, multimedia resources, and interactive activities.
Assisting in preparing students for state-level Hindi exams like CTET or competitive entrance tests.
Participating in school events, cultural festivals, and language workshops to promote Hindi awareness.
Collaborating with other teachers to create cohesive language curriculum frameworks.
Maintaining discipline and motivation in the classroom while addressing individual student learning gaps.
Qualification and Experience
Must hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) with a minimum of three years of teaching experience in Hindi.
Graduate degree in any discipline with a focus on Hindi literature or language pedagogy preferred.
Possession of TET/CTET certification is an added advantage but not mandatory for this role.
Strong command over Hindi grammar, vocabulary, and regional dialects relevant to Punjab’s educational context.
Compensation and Location
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs.18,000 to Rs.30,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
