PGT Hindi Teacher Position at Dips School in Jalandhar
We seek a dedicated PGT Hindi Teacher to join Dips School at its Urban Estate campus in Jalandhar, Punjab. This role involves leading advanced Hindi language instruction across senior and higher secondary sections, ensuring high academic standards and cultural relevance. The teacher will design and deliver engaging curriculum, fostering critical thinking and fluency in both classical and contemporary Hindi literature.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing syllabus-aligned lesson plans for Grade 11 to 12 students, incorporating modern linguistic trends and regional dialects.
- Conducting grammar, composition, and literature classes with a focus on analytical writing, poetry, and prose analysis.
- Assessing students through continuous evaluation, including oral presentations, essays, and exams, while maintaining transparency in grading practices.
- Collaborating with the Hindi department to align teaching methods with school-wide pedagogical goals and national curriculum frameworks.
- Organizing cultural events, literary clubs, and inter-house competitions to promote Hindi as a vibrant subject.
- Preparing students for competitive exams like JEE, NEET, and state-level entrance tests by integrating subject-specific strategies.
The ideal candidate holds a postgraduate degree in Hindi with at least three years of teaching experience in secondary or higher secondary education. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory, while TET/CTET certification is preferred. The salary for this full-time position is Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 70,000 per month, along with standard school perks.
