Train students from beginner to advanced levels
Demonstrate proper stroke mechanics and breathing techniques
Ensure poolside first-aid and emergency readiness
Conduct performance assessments and maintain training reports
Manage venue safety and pool equipment
Support students during competitions and camps
Cooperate with parents regarding student progress
Conduct swimming fitness routines and endurance programs
Create a disciplined and motivated sports environment
Organize inter-house aquatic events and trials
4. Required Qualifications
Graduate
5 + years of experience in coaching
Lifeguard / Water Safety certification preferred

Deep knowledge of competitive swimming techniques
Strong discipline and mentorship qualities
