Dcm Yes School in Ludhiana East invites applications for a PRT English Teacher to strengthen its English language curriculum. Your responsibilities include teaching grammar, vocabulary, and literature through interactive methods, such as debates, poetry recitals, and creative writing workshops. Classroom management will involve fostering a supportive environment where students feel encouraged to experiment with language, especially in spoken and written forms. Collaborate with the English faculty to align teaching strategies with Dcm Yes School’s focus on holistic development.
Assessment tasks will include evaluating writing samples, oral presentations, and participation in group discussions. You may also assist in organizing cultural events, such as English festivals or inter-school competitions, to boost students’ confidence. The role requires adaptability to diverse learning needs, particularly among students from different socio-economic backgrounds.
To qualify, hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a graduate background in English. While TET/CTET is not mandatory, it is highly beneficial. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in a Punjab school, will be preferred. Your salary will be Rs.16,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, commensurate with your qualifications and contributions to Dcm Yes School’s academic excellence.
