PGT Physical Education Teacher Position at Singhal Stars School in Mansa
Singhal Stars School in Mansa, Punjab, seeks a dedicated PGT Physical Education Teacher to lead engaging and skill-based fitness programs for students. This role involves designing age-appropriate activities, sports training, and health education while fostering a dynamic and inclusive sports culture. The ideal candidate will inspire young athletes, promote physical well-being, and align curriculum with modern educational standards.
The role requires planning and conducting daily physical activities, including drills, team sports, and individual training sessions. You’ll assess students’ progress, adapt lessons for varying skill levels, and ensure safety protocols are followed rigorously. Collaboration with school management and other teachers will help integrate PE into broader academic goals, such as discipline, teamwork, and lifelong health habits.
Candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in Physical Education or a related field along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A minimum of two years of teaching experience in Physical Education is mandatory, preferably in a school environment. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage. Experience in sports administration, coaching, or curriculum development would be highly beneficial.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 60,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth within Singhal Stars School’s supportive educational framework.
