Teaching Responsibilities
Design and deliver advanced Hindi language courses, covering grammar, literature, composition, and cultural studies. Develop syllabus-aligned lesson plans that align with state curriculum standards while encouraging critical thinking. Engage students in interactive discussions, creative writing exercises, and multimedia-based learning to enhance comprehension and fluency.
Planning and Curriculum Development
Collaborate with the academic team to refine Hindi teaching methodologies, ensuring alignment with school policies and national education frameworks. Stay updated on pedagogical trends in Hindi education and incorporate best practices into lesson designs. Prepare supplementary materials, worksheets, and assessment tools to support diverse learning needs.
Student Support and Mentorship
Act as a mentor to students, providing guidance on academic performance and language skills. Foster a supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to explore Hindi literature, poetry, and cultural heritage. Offer one-on-one feedback on assignments and projects to strengthen language acquisition.
Administrative and Coordination Tasks
Participate in departmental meetings to discuss teaching strategies and student progress. Assist in organizing Hindi-related extracurricular activities, such as literary clubs, debates, or cultural events. Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and participation in Hindi courses.
This position offers a competitive salary of Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month, with the opportunity to contribute to Gb International School’s mission of nurturing well-rounded students through language and cultural enrichment.
