Key Responsibilities
Teach Hindi language and literature to students in grades 1 to 5, aligning with the curriculum standards. Assess student progress through continuous evaluation, using age-appropriate tools and feedback mechanisms. Collaborate with the Hindi faculty to enhance classroom resources, including textbooks, workbooks, and multimedia tools. Participate in school events and activities that promote Hindi culture, such as festivals, storytelling sessions, and language workshops. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring all students feel motivated and engaged in learning Hindi.
Qualifications
Hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) degree recognized by the relevant authorities. Possess a graduate degree in Hindi or a related field to strengthen subject expertise. Ensure eligibility for the TET/CTET certification, though not mandatory for this position.
Experience
Minimum three years of teaching experience in primary schools, preferably in Hindi or English medium. Experience in designing and delivering curriculum-based lessons for young learners is highly valued. Familiarity with educational technology and digital teaching tools is a plus.
