PRT Dance Teacher Job in Patiala, Punjab | School Recruitment
Cambridge Global School | Rakhra seeks a dedicated PRT Dance Teacher to inspire students with rhythmic and cultural dance forms. This role focuses on teaching structured dance classes in a vibrant, student-centric environment. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm for Indian classical, folk, or contemporary dance styles while ensuring age-appropriate curriculum alignment.
Plan and deliver dance lessons covering fundamental techniques, choreography, and performance skills. Engage students in weekly practice sessions, ensuring proper alignment, posture, and safety protocols. Collaborate with the school’s arts coordinator to integrate dance activities into broader extracurricular programs.
A graduate with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. Prior teaching experience in dance, particularly at the primary level, is essential. A strong passion for dance pedagogy and a commitment to nurturing young talent are critical. No TET/CTET certification is required, but relevant experience in dance teaching will be an asset.
Teach students from Class I to V, adapting lessons to their developmental stages. Prepare and maintain dance-related resources, including music playlists, props, and performance scripts. Represent Cambridge Global School | Rakhra at local cultural events or competitions if required.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs.18,000 to Rs.30,000 per month.
