Role Summary

What You Will Do
1. Develop and implement annual academic plans aligned with Shivalik Public School’s vision and CBSE guidelines.
2. Coordinate with subject heads to ensure curriculum delivery matches approved timelines and quality benchmarks.
3. Monitor classroom observation reports and provide feedback to improve instructional standards across grades.
4. Manage the distribution and maintenance of teaching-learning materials and digital resources for all departments.
5. Organize faculty training sessions on pedagogy, assessment tools, and classroom management techniques.
6. Maintain academic records, progress reports, and compliance documents for CBSE and internal audits.
7. Lead parent-teacher meetings and academic review discussions to enhance transparency and collaboration.
8. Liaise with external agencies for Olympiads, inter-school events, and academic partnerships.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in Education or related field. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. Proficiency in MS Office and school ERP systems is required. Experience in CBSE-affiliated schools is preferred.
Preferred Skills
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with academic audits and data analysis tools. Knowledge of RTE and CBSE norms is an added advantage.
Perks and Pay
The position offers a competitive salary between Rs.30,000 and Rs.40,000 per month. Shivalik Public School provides PF, ESI, and annual leave benefits as per school policy. Transport facility may be available for local candidates.
