2. Position Overview:
The Basketball Coach will be responsible for organizing regular practice sessions, developing gameplay strategies, and preparing students for inter-school competitions.
3. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct basketball practice sessions across grades.
Plan and implement skill development programs.
Lead the school basketball team in tournaments.
Ensure player fitness, discipline, and teamwork.
Maintain basketball equipment and safety standards.
4. Required Qualifications:
Proven coaching experience at school or club level.
Strong knowledge of basketball rules and techniques.
Degree in Physical Education or Sports Coaching preferred.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
5. Preferred Skills:
National/State-level player experience.
Certification from recognized sports bodies.
Ability to motivate and mentor young athletes.
6. Work Environment:
State-of-the-art indoor and outdoor basketball courts with professional facilities for training and tournaments.
7. Salary & Benefits:
Competitive pay scale ₹23,000–₹34,000 per month with career development opportunities.
