TGT English Teacher Job in Alwar, Rajasthan | School Recruitment
Role
New State Academy | Behror requires a full‑time TGT English Teacher to lead classroom instruction and curriculum delivery. The teacher will manage lesson plans, student assessments, and classroom environment in accordance with state guidelines.
Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging English lessons for grades 6 to 8, ensuring alignment with the state syllabus and assessment standards. Conduct regular formative and summative evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and maintain detailed student progress records. Facilitate extracurricular activities such as debates, drama, and writing competitions to enhance language skills. Coordinate with subject coordinators to integrate cross‑disciplinary projects and maintain a collaborative teaching culture.
Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in any discipline with B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory. TET or CTET certification preferred but not compulsory. Candidates must possess strong command over English grammar, literature, and communication skills. Familiarity with modern teaching aids and digital classroom tools is desirable.
Experience
Minimum of 4 years teaching experience in a school setting, with proven ability to manage diverse classrooms and achieve measurable student outcomes. Prior exposure to the Rajasthan educational framework is an advantage.
Salary
Rs.25,000 - Rs.35,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Salary package includes basic pay and performance‑based incentives.
