What You Will Do

As a PGT English Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching English to students from Class 6 to 12, preparing them for the board exams. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students
* Conducting regular classes, workshops, and remedial sessions to improve student performance
* Coordinating with other teachers to integrate English with other subjects
* Marking and providing feedback on student assignments and exams
* Conducting assessments and evaluations to measure student progress
* Participating in curriculum planning and development
* Assisting in the preparation of question papers and exams
* Maintaining records of student attendance, progress, and performance
* Collaborating with colleagues to improve teaching methods and student outcomes
* Participating in departmental meetings and contributing to policy decisions
* English Teacher Job in Baran requires a strong passion for teaching and learning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

* A postgraduate degree in English (M.A., M.Sc., or M.Com)
* A B.Ed degree from a recognized university
* A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting
* Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared the CTET or TET examinations
