Vice Principal (Non-Teaching) – Urgent Hiring
Position: Vice Principal (Non-Teaching)
School: General School in Tier 4 Location
Immediate Joining | Short Deadline for Applications
Pay Structure
Basic Salary: Rs 50,000 – Rs 75,000 per month (depending on experience)
House Rent Allowance: Rs 12,000 – Rs 18,000 (if applicable)
Annual Performance Bonus: Up to 1 month’s salary
Relocation Support: Reimbursement of moving expenses up to Rs 25,000 (one-time)
Joining Bonus: Rs 10,000 within first 30 days of service

Salary and Compensation
Gross Salary: Rs 62,000 – Rs 93,000 per month
In-hand: Rs 55,000 – Rs 85,000 (after statutory deductions)
Paid leaves: 20 casual leaves + 12 medical leaves + 10 public holidays
Group health insurance for self and family (after 6 months)
Provident Fund and Gratuity as per government norms
