Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning and execution of school concerts, inter‑school competitions, and cultural festivals, ensuring all logistics, schedules, and budgets are managed efficiently.
- Liaise with external artists, sponsors, and community partners to arrange guest performances, workshops, and sponsorships that enhance the school’s cultural profile.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive inventory of musical instruments, equipment, and learning materials, arranging timely repairs and replacements to keep resources in optimal condition.
- Prepare monthly reports on music program expenditures, attendance, and student participation for the school administration and board.
- Manage the registration and scheduling of student participation in external music competitions, handling all required paperwork and travel arrangements.
- Oversee the maintenance of the music room and associated facilities, ensuring a safe and conducive environment for practice and performance.
- Collaborate with the school’s communication team to promote music events through newsletters, social media, and the school website.
Leadership and Collaboration
- Act as the primary point of contact for music‑related queries from students, parents, and staff, providing guidance and support.
- Work closely with the school’s senior management to align music initiatives with the broader educational objectives and budgetary constraints.

Required Skills
