Baba Devi Sr. Sec. School invites applications for a dedicated PGT Business Studies Teacher to enrich the curriculum with practical business concepts and real‑world examples. The role focuses on delivering engaging lessons that align with the Rajasthan state syllabus and preparing students for competitive exams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver dynamic Business Studies lessons for classes XI and XII, ensuring clarity of concepts and relevance to current market trends.
- Integrate case studies, simulations, and local business scenarios to enhance analytical skills.
- Assess student performance through assignments, projects, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
- Mentor and guide students preparing for state board and national level examinations.
- Coordinate with the school administration to organize seminars, workshops, and field visits to local enterprises.
- Maintain accurate attendance, attendance, and academic records in compliance with school policies.
Qualification and Experience
Post‑graduate degree in Commerce, Economics, or a related field is mandatory. A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Business Studies, coupled with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification, is required. TET/CTET certifications are preferred but not compulsory.
Salary and Location
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs.22,000 to Rs.35,000 per month, based on experience, and is located in Bikaner, Rajasthan.
