What You Will Do

3. Lead curriculum planning, assessment frameworks, and academic audits for continuous improvement.
4. Coordinate with department heads to align teaching standards and extracurricular programs.
5. Manage staff appraisals, training needs, and performance evaluations for teaching and non-teaching staff.
6. Handle parent-teacher interactions, grievance redressal, and community engagement events.
7. Implement digital record-keeping systems and maintain transparent administrative documentation.
8. Represent the school in local education forums and government liaison meetings as required.
Who Can Apply
Candidates must hold a postgraduate degree from a recognized university and a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Minimum 4 years of experience in school administration or academic leadership is mandatory. Proficiency in MS Office, school ERP software, and Hindi/English communication is essential. Preferred Skills

Salary and Benefits
