Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for Classes 11 and 12.
2. Prepare students for board exams with structured study materials and practice tests.
3. Organize literary events, debates, and poetry recitations to enhance language skills.
4. Assess student progress through regular tests and provide constructive feedback.
5. Collaborate with other teachers to align English curriculum with school objectives.
6. Maintain classroom discipline and create an inclusive learning environment.
7. Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school development programs.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in English with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university. B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. Prior teaching experience of at least 2 years in a reputed school is required. TET/CTET certification will be an added advantage.
