- Supervise Ph.D. students and guide them in their research work.
- Participate in academic and administrative activities of the Department of Eye Care and Research.

- Develop and implement new courses and programs in Ophthalmology.
- Maintain a high level of academic and research output.
- Participate in departmental and university-level committees.
Required Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Ophthalmology or related field is mandatory.
- Postdoctoral experience is preferred.
- UGC-NET with JRF is essential for Assistant Professor position.
- UGC norms apply for university recruitment.
Academic Projects:
- Collaborate with other departments and institutions for research and academic projects.
