Day-to-Day Duties
As a SENIOR RESIDENT General Surgery Teacher, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Teaching General Surgery courses to undergraduate and postgraduate students
* Advising students on academic and career-related matters
* Participating in academic administration, including curriculum development and assessment
* Conducting research in General Surgery, with opportunities for publication and presentation
* Collaborating with colleagues from various disciplines to develop interdisciplinary programs
* Participating in conferences, workshops, and seminars to stay updated with the latest developments in General Surgery
* Mentoring junior faculty members and research scholars
* Contributing to the development of departmental policies and procedures
