- Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment tools that align with state guidelines.
- Conduct regular formative and summative assessments, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate student records.
- Encourage student participation in Sanskrit recitation, debates, and cultural activities.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate Sanskrit themes across subjects and school events.
- Mentor and support junior staff and interns in teaching practices.
- Participate in school meetings, parent‑teacher interactions, and professional development workshops.
Qualification
- Post‑graduate degree in Sanskrit or related field.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed required; TET/CTET preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Sanskrit at the school level.
Salary and employment type
- Full‑time position with a competitive salary of Rs.20,000 – Rs.30,000 per month.
