- A B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree is mandatory for teaching positions.
- TET/CTET certification is preferred but not essential.
- At least 3 years of teaching experience in Sanskrit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing situations.
