Responsibilities

The selected candidate will design and deliver comprehensive Economics lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum for classes 11 and 12. You will prepare students for board examinations and competitive tests by focusing on core concepts such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, and Indian economic development.

Teaching methods must include interactive case studies, current affairs analysis, and real-world economic examples relevant to the local context of Jhunjhunu and Rajasthan. This approach ensures students grasp complex theories through practical application and contemporary relevance.

You will be responsible for creating detailed lesson plans, teaching aids, and digital resources that enhance classroom engagement. Regular assessment through unit tests, quizzes, and assignments will help track student progress and identify areas needing improvement.

Providing timely and constructive feedback on student assignments and projects is essential for their academic growth. You will also conduct parental meetings to discuss individual student performance and suggest strategies for academic enhancement at home.

Maintaining accurate records of attendance, grades, and academic reports ensures transparency and accountability in the educational process. You will also assist in organizing school events and academic fairs that showcase student learning outcomes.

Encouraging students to read economic newspapers and journals helps develop their analytical skills and awareness of global markets. This habit fosters a deeper understanding of how economic policies impact daily life and business operations.

Qualification and Experience

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Economics or Commerce with Economics as a major subject. A B.Ed degree is mandatory for this position to ensure pedagogical competence in secondary education.

Minimum three years of teaching experience at the Plus Two level is required for this role. Previous experience in a recognized school board curriculum is preferred for better alignment with academic standards.

Salary and Location
