Role Summary

Day-to-Day Duties
- Teach Economics to students from Classes 11 to 12, using a range of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
- Develop and implement the Economics curriculum, ensuring that it is in line with the latest syllabus and guidelines.
- Coach students for board exams, providing individualized attention and support to help them achieve their best results.
- Assess student progress, using a range of evaluation tools to identify areas of strength and weakness.
- Develop and implement assessments to evaluate student learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities.
- Participate in departmental meetings to discuss curriculum planning and other issues.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Economics with B.Ed or D.El.Ed. from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a school or college.
- TET or CTET certification is preferred, but not essential.
- Strong academic background in Economics, with a specialization in a relevant area.
- Excellent teaching and communication skills, with the ability to inspire students to learn.
