Classroom Profile
Each class holds 30–35 children from Classes I to V. Lessons take place in a spacious hall with a wooden floor and mirrors. Students come from varied backgrounds, so adaptability in choreography and music selection is essential. Weekly planning includes two fixed sessions plus occasional rehearsals for annual day or sports day.
What You Will Do
Create age-appropriate dance routines that introduce Garba, Bhangra, and freestyle elements.
Conduct warm-up drills and cool-down stretches to ensure safety during practice.
Prepare props like scarves and ribbons using low-cost local materials for performances.
Organise small group formations that build teamwork and confidence.
Document individual progress through simple observation notes shared with parents.
Coordinate with the music teacher for background scores and with the art teacher for costume ideas.
Represent Shree Aainath English Academy at local school festivals and inter-school events.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed).
Minimum two years of classroom teaching experience in dance.
Familiarity with Rajasthani dance traditions preferred.
Preferred Skills
Ability to teach both classical and contemporary dance forms.
Good communication in Hindi and basic English to interact with students and parents.
Basic knowledge of sound system operation and music editing tools.
Willingness to attend in-house training workshops on curriculum updates.
