Your role will be to drive academic excellence, build partnerships with colleagues, and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement English curriculum that aligns with CBSE guidelines
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members to enhance their teaching skills
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school policies and programs
- Analyze board results and develop strategies to improve student performance
- Represent the school in English teaching conferences and workshops
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress
- Participate in school events and activities to promote the English department
- Stay up-to-date with the latest English language teaching methodologies and technologies
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must have a B.Ed. degree and at least 5 years of teaching experience in English. A NET or SET certification is preferred but not mandatory. Your experience and qualifications must demonstrate your ability to teach English effectively and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
Learning and Development
As a senior English teacher, you will have the opportunity to pursue a Vice Principal track at Shree Aainath English Academy. You will also receive leadership training and development opportunities in Rajasthan to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is Rs.14,000 - Rs.28,000 per month, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. You will also receive other benefits, including a comprehensive health insurance plan and paid leave.
