1. Conduct individual and group counselling sessions to address students' mental health concerns.
2. Develop and implement guidance and counselling programs to promote students' emotional intelligence and well-being.
3. Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a supportive learning environment.
4. Provide crisis intervention and emergency support services as needed.
5. Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and student progress.
6. Develop and implement programmes to promote student's mental health and well-being.
7. Conduct workshops and training sessions for teachers and staff on mental health awareness.
8. Evaluate the effectiveness of guidance and counselling programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must possess a postgraduate degree in Psychology or a related field. Additionally, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office and Google Suite, is also essential.
