Teaching Approach
Utilize interactive teaching methods, multimedia tools and real‑world examples to make complex topics accessible. Encourage analytical thinking and foster a disciplined study habit among learners. Organize enrichment activities such as science fairs and Olympiad preparation camps.
Student Support
Offer after‑class tutoring and doubt‑clearing sessions for students needing extra help. Guide learners on effective study strategies, time management and exam‑day techniques. Maintain open communication with parents regarding student performance and areas for improvement.
Administrative Duties
Prepare lesson plans, weekly schedules and assessment materials in a timely manner. Participate in faculty meetings, professional development programs and school events. Ensure compliance with school policies and safety regulations.
