Your Students (diverse learning levels, inclusive classroom in Kota)
As a PGT History Teacher at Lord Krishna Public Sr.sec.school, you will be working with students from various socio-economic backgrounds, with different learning levels and abilities. Your role will be to create an inclusive classroom environment that caters to the needs of all learners, making history come alive for them. You will be teaching History to students from Class VIII to X.
Day-to-Day Duties (differentiated instruction, support for all learners)
- Design and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Develop and implement differentiated instruction strategies to support students with varying learning abilities
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require extra help
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum-related activities
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication
- Participate in school-wide initiatives and events to promote a culture of inclusivity and excellence
- Stay updated with the latest developments in History education and incorporate them into your teaching practices
Who Can Apply
We are seeking a qualified and experienced PGT History Teacher to join our team at Lord Krishna Public Sr.sec.school. To be eligible for this position, you must have:
- A post-graduate degree in History or a related subject
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree
- Experience of teaching History to students from Class VIII to X
- Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that caters to the diverse needs of students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
