Role Summary
Sir Padampat Singhania School, Kota invites applications for a full-time PRT English Teacher position in Ladpura, Kota, Rajasthan. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English to students from class 1 to 5.

Day-to-Day Duties

- Teach English to students from class 1 to 5, following the school's curriculum and guidelines.
- Prepare and deliver engaging lessons, incorporating activities such as storytelling, demonstrations, and interactive learning methods to promote student participation.
- Develop and implement curriculum plans, ensuring alignment with the school's academic goals and Rajasthan State Board requirements.
- Coach students for board exams, focusing on English language skills, grammar, and comprehension.
- Assess student progress, identifying areas of improvement and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on student performance and progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives, enhancing English language learning for all students.
- Participate in staff meetings, contributing to discussions on curriculum development, teaching methods, and school policies.
- Assist in maintaining a well-organized and clutter-free classroom environment, ensuring student safety and well-being.

Required Qualifications

- A B.Ed. degree from a recognized university or institution.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching English, preferably at a school in Rajasthan.
- Possession of a TET or CTET certification is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the Rajasthan State Board curriculum and assessment requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
