4. Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and experts to provide opportunities for students and staff to participate in soft skills training and development programs.
5. Conduct regular evaluations to assess the effectiveness of soft skills training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
6. Provide guidance and support to faculty and staff on implementing soft skills training in their classrooms and workplaces.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that soft skills training is aligned with the school's overall mission and goals.
8. Stay updated on best practices in soft skills training and development and incorporate these into the school's programs.
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a graduate degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in soft skills training or a related field. A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) degree is not required for this non-teaching position. However, a Certificate in Teaching (CTET) or Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) certification is not necessary. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and ages.
