Day-to-Day Duties
As a TGT English Teacher at Akshay Public School, your day-to-day duties will include:
- Preparing and delivering engaging English language lessons for students in class 6-8.
- Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and ideas.
- Assessing students' progress and providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Developing and implementing inclusive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement English language curricula.
- Supporting students with special needs and providing extra support when required.
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Participating in staff meetings and contributing to school-wide initiatives.

Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- A postgraduate degree in English or a related field.
- A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution.
- A strong understanding of English language pedagogy and curriculum development.
- Experience in teaching English language to students in class 6-8.
- Familiarity with TET/CTET guidelines and regulations (although not mandatory).
