The NTT Hindi Teacher will handle nursery to upper KG sections with a focus on phonetics, storytelling, and conversational Hindi. Classroom management in small-group settings and parent communication form core responsibilities.
Pedagogy and Tools
Smart boards and Google Classroom are used daily for phonics videos, rhymes, and digital flashcards. The school’s LMS hosts animated stories and worksheets for Hindi. Blended learning combines live storytelling sessions with follow-up exercises on tablets. Teachers design audio-visual aids for letter recognition and basic grammar.
What You Will Do
Create weekly lesson plans aligned to the NTT curriculum using digital storybooks and rhyme banks. Record short Hindi audio clips for pronunciation drills and share them on the LMS. Operate smart boards for interactive letter tracing and matching games. Use Google Classroom to assign voice notes for homework and collect audio responses. Conduct monthly blended learning days with tablet-based activities. Prepare digital progress charts for each child and share updates with parents via WhatsApp groups. Attend quarterly tech training sessions for new Hindi teaching apps. Collaborate with the IT coordinator to troubleshoot classroom devices.
Who Can Apply
Graduates with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed are eligible. Three years of nursery or KG teaching experience is required. Experience with Hindi phonics or storytelling preferred. No TET/CTET score is mandatory.
Preferred Skills
Fluency in spoken and written Hindi including regional dialects. Digital literacy for operating smart boards, Google Classroom, and basic LMS navigation. Ability to record and edit short Hindi audio lessons. Comfort with parent communication through WhatsApp and email.
Salary and Benefits
Monthly salary ranges from Rs.12,000 to Rs.30,000 based on experience and qualifications. School holidays and local festivals are observed. Access to in-house Hindi teaching resources and digital content library.
