Witty International School invites a dedicated PGT Botany Teacher to join its team in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering engaging botany lectures, guiding lab experiments, and maintaining student engagement through interactive discussions. Daily classroom management ensures smooth lesson delivery, while adapting teaching methods to meet diverse student learning needs is essential.
Regular responsibilities across the academic cycle involve designing and updating botany syllabi, collaborating with subject coordinators to integrate research-based learning, and organizing field trips to local botanical gardens or nature reserves. Regular assessments ensure students grasp key concepts, and feedback sessions refine teaching strategies.
Periodic responsibilities include participating in departmental planning meetings, updating the school’s botany lab equipment, and ensuring compliance with curriculum guidelines. Occasionally, representing Witty International School at educational workshops or science fairs enhances teaching practices and community engagement.
For this PGT Botany Teacher position, a postgraduate degree in Botany with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. Three years of teaching experience in botany or related sciences is preferred. While TET/CTET is not mandatory, a valid teaching certificate significantly enhances eligibility.
