Job Description
Responsibilities
Teach English as the core subject to students in classes from 6th to 12th standard at Majusri Public School, Temi. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum, ensuring clear communication of grammar, vocabulary, literature, and language skills.
Deliver structured classroom instruction, including interactive sessions, discussions, and practical exercises to enhance students’ comprehension and fluency. Assess student performance through regular evaluations, quizzes, and projects to track progress and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated to participate actively in English lessons. Collaborate with the school management to integrate modern teaching methods and resources to improve overall academic outcomes in the subject.
Qualifications and Experience
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) as the minimum requirement. Possess a postgraduate qualification in English or a related field to enhance subject expertise.
Gain at least two years of teaching experience in English at the secondary or higher secondary level. While TET/CTET is not mandatory, prior experience with student engagement and lesson planning will be beneficial.
