Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage art and craft projects that align with the school’s calendar and event schedule.
Develop budgets, source materials, and oversee procurement to maintain cost efficiency.
Coordinate with faculty, parents, and external vendors to arrange workshops, exhibitions, and competitions.
Maintain inventories, track usage, and report on program outcomes to senior management.
Lead a small team of assistants, providing guidance and performance feedback.
Prepare monthly reports on activities, expenses, and participant feedback for the administration.
Required Experience
Minimum three years of experience in a similar administrative or leadership role within the arts sector.
Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication abilities to liaise with students, parents, and external partners.
Proficiency in basic accounting and budgeting tools.
Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline.
No TET/CTET or teaching certification required, as this is a non‑teaching position.
Salary & Benefits
Competitive remuneration ranging from Rs.20,000 to Rs.35,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
