* B.Ed or equivalent teaching certification

* 2 years of experience in teaching Botany at the secondary or higher secondary level
* Strong knowledge of the Indian education system and curriculum
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Skills
* Experience with Ibpyp curriculum and pedagogy
* Familiarity with TET and CTET exams
* Knowledge of local flora and fauna
* Experience with outdoor and environmental education programs
* Familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms
